PfilAtes, Yoga, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, C-section Rehab, Post C-section care, Diastasis Recti Management, Scarring Management, Post-Surgical Mobility Assessment, Home Ergonomics Assessment, Pre & Postnatal Physical Therapy Education and Pelvic Floor Exercise Video Prescription.
2. SURGERY PREPARATION and/or POST SURGICAL ASSESSMENT AND INTERVENTION
therapy may include the following, as indicated:
Surgery Preparation, Home Exercises, Home Equipment and/or Modifications, Mobility Assessment, Yoga, Lymphedema Management, Pain and Surgical Scar Management, Mindfulness-Based Therapy,Pre & Post-surgical Physical Therapy Education and Exercise Video Prescription.

55-MINUTE 1:1 time with Hennie
+ additional $25 non-refundable fee at initial visit for purchasing your own single-user EMG Biofeedback snap adapters
